Not only was I successful in losing some weight but Tom at MyWay helped me train hard to achieve some fitness goals. I felt great! I was able to achieve some really amazing results. All the staff are well qualified and really friendly and encouraging. Over the last 4 years I have personally observed the success of many other clients. The gym itself is well equipped and also very private. I like that you have the choice to work out in the fresh air on the balcony or stay inside in the air-conditioning.
